Please note the following conditions: 

  • Items may be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase with a sales receipt. 
  • Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Product must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags still attached. 
  • All refunds will be applied to the original payment method. 
  • Returns can be made in store or by mail.
  • We do permit exchanges.
  • We do not issue return labels.
  • Customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs.

Return Process

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, log in to your account to begin the return process. Guest customers must create an account to begin the return process. If you wish to exchange please note in the return reason and the replacement item will be shipped upon arrival of returned goods. 

Below are instructions on how to complete a return: 

  • Log into or create an account.
  • Click My Orders to review past orders.
  • Click View on the right-hand side of the screen.
  • Click Return items at the bottom of the page to create the return shipment.
  • Choose the products to return and the quantity. Give a return reason and send the return request.
  • Mail back the returned items to the address stated above.
  • You will be contacted and refunded promptly after arrival of returned goods.
